Mobile Home Requirements at Hunt Mobile Home Park
We’re excited to welcome new residents to Hunt Mobile Home Park! In order to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community for everyone, all incoming mobile homes must meet the following guidelines and be pre-approved by management prior to being moved into the park.
Mobile Home Requirements
- Age Requirement
- Homes must be 1995 model year or newer.
- Older homes may be considered on a case-by-case basis if they are in exceptional condition and meet all other criteria.
- Size Limitations
- We currently accept single-wide mobile homes only.
- Homes must fit within the assigned lot and comply with local zoning/setback requirements.
- Condition Standards
- All homes must:
- Be free from visible damage, including dents, cracks, rust, broken windows, or missing skirting.
- Have fully intact siding, roofing, and undercarriage.
- Be clean and well-maintained with no mold, mildew, or debris.
- Skirting must be installed within 30 days of placement.
- All homes must:
- Utilities
- Each lot has water, sewer, and electric hookups already in place.
- Tenants are responsible for connecting to utilities with licensed professionals as required.
Pre-Approval Process

Submit clear exterior photos of the front, back, and both sides of the home.

Provide the year, make, model, and dimensions of the home.

All submissions are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Management reserves the right to decline homes that do not meet park standards.
Delivery & Placement

All mobile home placements must be scheduled and coordinated with park management.

Homes must be professionally installed and leveled.

Yards must be cleared of all debris upon setup.
