Application Requirements & Qualifications
Income & Employment
- Combined gross monthly income must equal at least 2.5x the monthly rent
Credit & Background
- A credit score of 600 or above is preferred. Scores below 600 may be considered with an additional security deposit or co-signer
- Negative accounts, charge-offs, bankruptcies, or unpaid utilities may result in denial
Rental History
- No evictions within the past 5 years
- Previous rental references
