How to Apply
Applications must be submitted for a specific property. Applications are processed in the order received.
Applications will not be reviewed without all required documentation.
Application Requirements
All occupants over the age of 18 are required to submit an application.
$75.00 non-refundable application fee per occupant.
Applications are screened using a third-party screening provider and must meet the following criteria:
- Combined gross monthly income must equal at least 2.5x the monthly rent
- No evictions within the past 5 years
- Credit and background screening required
- Income verification required
- Rental history verification required
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
Credit & Rental History
Credit scores of 600 or above are preferred. Applications with lower scores may be considered with additional conditions.
Applicants must have no outstanding balances owed to previous landlords and must provide favorable rental references.
Pets
Pets may be allowed unless otherwise stated in the individual property listing. All animals must complete a PetScreening profile prior to approval. Non-refundable pet fees apply.
Important Information
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
We are unable to pre-qualify applications prior to a completed application.
